When I try to access my account, it says the account is not found. Also, when I try to reset my password, it gives an error saying that the email address is not found. So, I opened a new account with the same email address, but the licenses I purchased before are not visible.
note : I still have the PDF containing the invoice and license numbers from my previous purchase in my email.
To help you restore access to your previous licenses, please send us the license number from your invoice (e.g., License #58002). You can find this number in the PDF invoice you received by email after your purchase.
Once we have this information, we’ll be able to locate your original account.
