My account and license information has disappeared

Exactly the same problem as posted in " My account and old licences gone" Aug 4. I have purchased licenses for 4 computers over the past couple of years but I need to transfer one active license from one machine to another which may be expired. I had to re-create an account to post this message.
My one previous question in this forum at Cannot access temp folder on NAS device - #2 by Alexander still exists – from the account that disappeared.

In addition if I click the “renew now” link, I get " * The license belongs to another Account (License # 44534)"

Please log in to SQLBackupAndFTP account using the email address listed in your invoices to access it.
