Would like to downgrade to 'Lite' subscription

My subscription expired. When I try to renew it only gives me the option to renew at the standard rate, but due to some changes my website only needs the Lite version. How can I renew at the ‘Lite’ rate of $28/yr?

Sorry, but there is no way to downgrade the existing license.
