Will not backup more than two databses

I have installed a free version for test purposes onto my windows 2016 server which currently runs 5 MySQL databases.

I can sucssesfully backup 1 db but as soon as I set it to 2 it doesnt complete the backup, no error message in the log it just sits there saying ‘The Maximum file size:’

Also when I try to cancel the backup it just sits there saying its 'candelling job "backup job - 1 " and I have to restart the service to cancel it.

Please let us know when the logs will be sent, also please provide us your Application Id to identify the log. The Application Id can be founded by clicking “Help” > “About”.
