WebLog not working after migration

Dear support,

I have moved the application to a new server, imported the configuration file, activated the software.
It works fine evertyhing except the web Log.
I am not receiving any information on the web log interface under my account since I moved to a new server.
I was trying to re enable but did not helped.

Any idea what should be wrong ?

To use WebLog you have to have an active Full-Service subscription, please find more details at Why do you need the Full-Service subscription? – SQLBackupAndFTP's blog
