HI Guys,

Hope you are all doing well.

I am getting this error since i moved our FTP server.

The FTP is pointing to a NAS drive. all the folders are already on the drive. however, my backups keep failing because it wants to keep creating the folder again.

i found a setting called ‘Copy only’. but this has not seemed to have worked either.

Any advise on this please?

Could you please try to specify the name differently? Please try to:

  1. Capitalizing or not capitalizing the first letter
  2. Indicating or not indicating a slash at the beginning
  3. Specifying different slash variants
