Sql backup and ftp - sql server 2019

Hi all,

Last week I installed the software (v. 12.5.13) to backup a database from SQL Server 2019 / Windows 2019.
The weird thing is, I ´m able to connect as ´sa´ user and test connection which is ok.
But it can’t see any database in the list while creating the backup job.
Anyone some solutions to point me the right way ?

Hi Marlon,

Could you please execute the following SQL query:

SELECT name FROM sys.databases

using the same credentials to check if you can see all the databases?

While writing this I realized I´d used the wrong instance.
I changed it and viola.
