Hello all!
Sql BackupAndFTP 12.6.3
OS Windows Server 2016 Standart.
I am restoring the MySQL base to disk D (about 300Gb)
The backup file is also located on the D.
In the Restore Job I manually selected the temporary folder as D:\Temp.
When I start this Restore Job, I see that the free space on the system drive C is decreasing very quickly, but this should be happening on the drive D, as I understand it.
What’s happening? What am I doing wrong?
The backup file is quite large (about 350 GB), and there is not so much free space on the system drive С for temporary files.
So I don’t know what to do…
Hi Alexander_Klimenko,
Could you please try to restore that backup manually via mysqldump or mysqlworkbranch to make sure everything works smoothly? Probably there are some temporary directories of the MySQL Server that you have located on the C:\ drive even if the database files are on D:\ drive.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Thank you!
