Restore Error - Encryption password is empty

Hi All,
I am trying to restore an AES encrypted backup chain (log-diff-full) and I am getting a message saying that it can’t unzip the archive because the decryption password is empty.

How can I fix this? Do I have to unzip the needed archives manually and then restore?

Sorry, but currently there is no way to restore the encrypted backups automatically, we’ll fix it. Yes, you can unzip it and restore. Please find more details on how to restore with SQLBackupAndFTP at https://sqlbackupandftp.com/blog/how-to-restore-sql-server-backups
