Professional licence expired after 6 weeks

On 10/14/2021 you have purchased Professional edition version 12 for 1 computer without a one-year Full-Service subscription. It means that you had only a one-month Full-Service subscription which expired on 11/14/2021.

Without the subscription, your license never expires, and you can use the version you’ve purchased forever. However, zero-config email service for sending backup notifications, support, weblog, free upgrades, and service down alerts are parts of the optional Full-Service subscription and require a yearly recurring fee.

I don’t get it. :
“Professional most popular
Full featured version, $129 one time fee.”
I cannot do any backups. This is a one time and it only lasted a month. Each backup fails.
