Problem with FTP backup - path

i have issue sending backup to FTP server

my FTP server is ftp-r1-it.storage.cloud.com

My FTP server doesn’t accept file in the root so i’ve decided to add my backup in ftp-r1-it.storage.cloud.com/backupsqlserver/

i’ve added in PATH : /backupsqlserver/

user and password is correct and FTP is on port 21 (tried with filezilla to connect without issue)

i receive the following error testing connection and trying to save backup in this FTP server:

Failed to initizalize the destination test - Failed to get /backupsqlserver/ folder information - The server has closed the connection

I’ve tried without / at beginning and/or at the end but always the same error.

How can i have backup working? Local backup works wonderful!
