Problem validating the license

This week our backups stopped being made, and when I went to check the license it is as free.
I tried to re-enter the license and got the following return: “There was no endpoint listening at that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details. > The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required."
I bought the License in May 2021 and I understand that it is for life without the right to update.

Can you help me?
