Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Open the file:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
Make sure there’s no line redirecting api.sqlbak.com
to 127.0.0.1
.
If there’s a line like:
127.0.0.1 api.sqlbak.com
— delete it or comment it out by adding #
at the beginning of the line.
