PostgreSQL cloud connection error

Hi I would like to connect to a PostgreSQL database hosted cloud server (for QGIS). However I receive the error I attached below. Any help or feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi PGerrits,

Could you please go to the connection window, click on the “info” button and execute the command from the box via the Command Prompt to check if you can connect manually.

Thank you for the details. Sorry, but this issue can not be resolved from our side. Once you are able to connect manually, then you’ll be able to connect via SQLBackupAndFTP.
