Could you please clarify, does the user from whom you are trying to connect to SQLBackupAndFTP has a license for One Drive For Business?

Yes the user has an Office 365 Business Essentials account which includes OneDrive for Business.

Could you please select “Global Administrator” role in OneDrive for Business settings and try to connect one more time?
