No such host is known

Hi, when I trying connect to Mysql server on amazon xxxxxx.xxxxx.eu-central-1.rds.amazonaws.com I did receive an error “Test failed. No such host is known.” but by Dbeaver or MySQL Workbench I can connect to the same host.

Second question is: how to connect to Mysql by SSL?

Any ideas ?
