Login failed MySQL

Hi there,

We just bought this Software and we needed to backup a MySQL database, but we’re getting this error whe testing the login:
"Using a password on the command line interface can be insecure.
SSL connection error: 1425F102:SSL routines:ssl_choose_client_version:unsupported protocol
mysqlerror

What can we do? We tried several aproches we saw on this forum, but none is helping

To resolve the issue please specify the path to your MySQL bin folder during the connection settings:
