Lite License not recognised

Good day, I have purchased a lite license end September and up to now it’s been working fine. However the last week or so it’s been giving me issues. The software will not do an automatic backup of our 3 databases, however if I run a manual backup it works fine. When I checked the license I noticed I’m back on the free version. I’ve tried reloading the key, but it’s not recognizing the key.
