How can i recover my license

I bought a license in 2017 through the reseller in Russia company “Softkey” (http://www.softkey.ru). After the purchase, they sent the key to me by email, but now I dont see my license in my account.

I cannt contact the company “Softkey” because they closed at the end of 2018 and do not respond by email.

How can i recover my license?
