Falha no status informações da tabela

O erro aparecia antes também na interface não segura para senha, mas não consegui identificar porque não desta na sequenca como erro abaixo:

Thank you for the details.

To backup MySQL Server databases, we use mysqldump tool. Could you please try to perform backup manually via mysqldump tool?

I have little knowledge in this matter, I tried to connect and it gave an error, the same one that appears in the backup app, I realized that the port is at 5003 but when I try to connect it says that it is insecure.

Sorry, but it seems the issue cannot be resolved from our side. Once you’ll be able to connect to your DBMS and perform a backup manually, you’ll be able to do it via SQLBackupAndFTP.
