Failed to restore database. Error: cannot drop the currently open database

I have successfully created a backup dump of my database, but have not been able to successfully restore it onto my target server.I get the following error: Failed to restore database. Error: cannot drop the currently open database

I have tried creating the dump with both --clean and --if-exists on and off, but no difference. I am not sure how to proceed, because I also don’t see a More settings… section for restore like there is for backup. I also just sent developer logs just a few minutes ago for reference.

We have investigated the issue, and unfortunately, if you are using Postgres versions below 13, there is nothing we can do from our application’s side to assist. If you are using Postgres version 13 or higher, we kindly suggest trying to install the Alpha version from https://sqlbackupandftp.com/download/alpha and see if it resolves the problem.
