DatabaseName field can't has null value

Hello
I am facing this issue while restoring the full backup. I am getting the error as below:
DatabaseName field can't has null value

I am taking the backup using SQLbackupandftp this same application. Backup is working fine but restore is returning this error.

Any suggestions?

To investigate this issue, we need more details. Could you please send us your Advanced log, here is more information about how to do it How to send Log to developers – SQLBackupAndFTP's blog

Please let us know when the log will be sent, also, please provide us with your Application ID (“Help” > “About”) to identify your logs.
