Connect to mySQL Server remotely via SSH tunnel

I’m trying to connect to a remote server via SSH tunnel and I’m getting the following error…

I’m using the following configuration which works for both mySQL Workbench and TablePlus to connect from the same computer that I’m trying to use sqlbackupandftp to connect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like it was a conflict with a local mysql server. I changed the local mapped port and it seems to work.
