Can't Restore MySQL database

Hi,

I have installed the trial version (12.7.27) and I have created a few daily scheduled backup jobs. Everything work great except the restore.

I have tried to restore a database using phpmyadmin but failed and then I created a restore job on SQLBackupAndFTP but failed too. The restore job never ends. I have sent a log file to developers and I hope you find a solution.

My database host is Hetzner.
My trial ends today and I need a license because I have many databases.

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, we do not offer support for the phpMyAdmin connection type. This option remains in the application for compatibility with previous versions of the software.

To resolve the issue, we recommend use the MySQL Server (TCP/IP) Connection Type.
