Backup never completes?

I am on day two of trying to get a completed full backup for a 109GB database.
It never seems to complete the initial full backup to the .bak file. It just stays in a “Running” state indefinitely.

I don’t seem to have any issues with a smaller (600mb) database. It’s kind of a deal-breaker on the purchase if we can’t get this resolved.

Any ideas?

Could you please try to run the backup via SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) and check how long does it take?

Also could you please send us the advanced log, here are more details on how to do it

Please let us know when the log will be sent, also, please provide us your Application ID (“Help” > “About”) to identify the log.
