Backup file compression application error

I use the Professional version (11.6.3) and I get an error on all the SQL databases during backup.
Failed to backup “dbname” database with “Full” backup type: 7-Zip archive error. > 7-Zip is not installed.

My question is, does SQLbackupandFTP come with the 7-Zip application, or do I have to provide that independently?

7 zip should be installed independently. You can download it at https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
