Your SQLBackupAndFTP Full-Service subscription has ended

Hello,

we only bought a license on the 24th of April and immediately upgraded to the next one … because the small license was not enough.

Now we are asked to extend our subscription ???

We thought the license is always valid for one year. So she would have to run until April 24, 2019

Best Regards
Mike

Hello,

We have checked your account and found out that on 04/24/2018 you have purchased SQLBackupAndFTP Lite version 11 without the Full-service subscription and then on 04/24/2018 upgraded it to Standard without the Full-service subscription. It means that you have had only one month of the Full-Service subscription which expired on 05/24/2018. You can find more details at your “My Account” https://sqlbackupandftp.com/account page.

Your license never expires and you can use the version you’ve purchased forever. However zero-config email service for sending backup notifications, support, auto-update, SQL Server down alerts, and weblog are parts of the optional Full-Service subscription and requires a yearly recurring fee.

Please find more details about Full-Service subscription at https://sqlbackupandftp.com/blog/full-service-subscription
