Xceed error: Index was outside the bounds of the array

Hi. Please can you let me know how to overcome this error:

9:00:53 PM : ERROR: Failed to backup “xxxxxxx” database with “Full” backup type: An unexpected internal failure occurred in the FileSystem component, or one of its descendants. Type: Xceed.Zip.ZipArchive FullName: > Index was outside the bounds of the array

Please let us know when the log will be sent, also please provide us with your Application ID (“Help” > “About”).

I have the same problem. At first my backups went ok but at a certain moment I began to have this error.

Despite the error, the backup seems to be ok, but I get notified each time (each hour!) so I would like to have a solution.

Advanced log sent to the developers.
