Upgrading from v.9 free to v. 11 lite

Hello,

I have a client that uses sqlbackupandftp V.9.0.26 Free and I want to upgrade his version to latest V.11 lite and I have few questions please :

  1. Since there is one sql backup that is already configured, Is there a way to upgrade and keep the settings due to version differences ?
  2. Is the 39$ for the lite version is a one-time payment or is is subscription based ?
