Hello Richard,

For some reason, the installer was unable to stop the “SQLBackupAndFTP (Database backup)” Windows Service. As a result, not all files from the installed version were saved to the computer. Could you please either try to install again or stop the “SQLBackupAndFTP (Database backup)” Windows Service and try to install again?

Please check your Windows Event Log: Applications to find more details why the Windows Service couldn’t be stopped.
