Our DB went into (Suspect) mode. We did recovery and restore but now when I open the SQLBackupandFTPapp, I get “” The database disk image is malformed"" and I cannot access the app or run backups.

It seems you face an issue related to your drive. Could you please check your drive and if it doesn’t help, then please try to reinstall the app?
