Test FTP Location ends in Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Test Connection Button fires an Object reference not set Exception.

But Backup itself is working.

That was an issue on our side that has been fixed in the latest release - version 12.4.14. Could you please upgrade (‘Help’ > ‘Check for updates’ ) to the latest release and check if it works for you?
