Temporary backups stays in *\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\backup folder

If the backup fails by any reason the temp backups files remains in the *\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\backup folder
It causes to remove them manually otherwise the folder becomes full

but when the temp file remove manually the back up file is removed…?
