After investigating this issue deeper, I’ve found that it is a bug caused by the last update. If an existing installation of SQLbackupandftp is updated to the last version, this bug occurs. This has been tested with two existing installations and found to be true. If the entire installation is uninstalled and freshly reinstalled the bug does not occur anymore.

Hi Thomas,

To resolve the issue, we need more details. Could you please enable advanced logging with the “Debug” level, reproduce the issue, and send the logs to our development team? You can find detailed instructions on how to do this here: How to send Log to developers | SQLBackupAndFTP’s blog

Once the logs have been sent, please notify us and provide your App ID (“Help” > “About”).

Please inform us when the logs have been sent.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
