I have 10 SQL licenses from different customers, all sending backups to a Storage Box at Hetzner.
However, the customer who uses Starlink as their main internet provider cannot connect to the Storage Box.
With all other ISPs, everything works fine.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with Starlink connections to Hetzner?
Any ideas or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
Thanks for sharing. We’re not aware of any specific issues with Starlink connecting to Hetzner Storage Boxes. That said, this type of storage - Hetzner Storage Boxes - isn’t used very often among our users, so reports are rare.

i am starting to lose my mind, second customer with starlink same problem, i change the isp with 4g router the upload works fine, switch back to starlink imposible, the error:
Failed to open “\xxxxxxx.your-storagebox.de\xxxxxxx-sub12” destination connection. > The network path was not found
Just to clarify, could you please check if the connection to your Hetzner Storage Box via Starlink works as expected in other tools (for example, FileZilla or WinSCP)?
