i just installed the sqlftpandbackup and when trying to connect
to db it gives error. although username and password are correct. but don’t know why there is error

Could you please go to your connection settings, press the info button, copy the command and run it using the Command Prompt to check if you are able to connect manually?
Please make sure you specified the password during the connection via Command Prompt.
