SQLDatabase Backup Error - SQLBackupAndFTP

currently have SQL Server Management Studio with several Databases added to it for our customers. Which has a full backup daily at around 8PM.

The back ups are performed using SQLBackupAndFTP software which backed up to a NAS Drive…However I am getting an error of…

“JOB"AZUSQL Finished with “6” Error” - "Cant send Email to [MY EMAIL HERE]: local routines database error. Method: TraceBackupObject. Message SQL Logic Error no such collum: Destinationld > SQL Logic Error.

How do I resolve this and fix the error???

Hi Brandon_John_Willock,

That is a very rare issue that happens during the installation. To resolve the issue you have to reset all the settings:

  1. Stop SQLBackupAndFTP (Database backup) Windows Service
  2. Clos the application
  3. Remove the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Pranas.NET\SQLBackupAndFTP\
  4. Run SQLBackupAndFTP (Database backup) Windows Service
  5. Set a backup job
