SQLBACKUPANDFTP service stopped

Hello,

I bought V 11.1.4 lite for a client of mine that uses windows server 2012 standard and sql server 2008 R2 with it.
SQLBAF worked for about a week, And today I saw it didn’t backed up last night.
I’ve ran the SQLBAF and got a message that the service was stopped and clicked to restart it.
It gave a command prompt window for few seconds, And now it’s supposed to work again.
I didn’t get any notification about the service stopping or for non backing up the sql overnight, And I’m afraid it might happen again. I see no error in the backups logs (Because it wasn’t performed I guess).
For the meanwhile I’ve updated to the latest version.

Any suggestions ?

Hello,

Could you please update your SQLBackupAndFTP to the latest version 11.1.12. You can do it by clicking “Help” > “Check for update…”.

I did it yesterday and I’m monitoring the software now everyday to see if there’s a stopping of the service.
