The error message you get mentions HTML tags, hr, and body. When working with any destination, we do not interact with HTML.
The fact that the error message mentions HTML means that either Yandex returns an incorrect response, or the firewall intercepts the message and sends the HTML message.
Sorry, but that issue cannot be resolved from our side. Please try to connect via another software for the test, also please try to specify the proxy settings (if you use it).
