SQLBackupAndFTP Backup does not work on remote connection

Backup does not work on remote connection. it always gives an error. I gave full permission to the folder and the user.
error message=
20.4.2022 21:52:00 [Error] Failed to backup “TIGER” database with “FullCopy” backup type: Backup media not found: “C:\SQL_BACKUPS\TIGER202204202151fullcopy.bak”.
