hello everyone and merry christmas,
we have several mssql instances on one server.
after a server change of all databases, one database - one instance cannot be backed up anymore.
Error: Script transfer failed.
We have backed up remotely from another machine, but the error also occurs locally with sqlbackupandftp.

Hello, I am having the same error as you, please tell me how to fix it. All my databases on the same Mssql server have been backed up except this database

Hello Cuong,

To resolve the issue, we recommend you install SQLBackupAndFTP on the same server where SQL Server is installed and use the SQL Server (local) connection type.

Alternatively, you can try performing the scripting manually. We believe you will encounter the same error message. In that case, you can contact your DBA for more details.
