Restore and Drop Operations Failing Since Latest Version

Since the last update we are getting:
ERROR: Failed to restore “xx” database. Failed to download backup files. > File “xx” on “FTP” destination not found.

I checked the location and the file is there but I also noticed the following:

  • 5:24:33 PM : Reading folder information by path: “xx”.
  • 5:24:33 PM : Disconnecting from “FTP” destination “xx”.
  • 5:24:34 PM : ERROR: Failed to restore “xx” database. Failed to download backup files. > File “xx” on “FTP” destination not found.

Seems like connection drops before download.

Update:
Adding a / to the path fixed this probem

Thanks for reporting this and sharing the workaround!

We’ve made some improvements to FTP path handling in our latest Alpha version. Could you please give it a try and let us know if it resolves the issue without having to add / manually?
