Professional Lifetime license is gone

Hi,

I happened to notice that no differential backups are coming in on my backup NAS anymore. When I looked at the server I saw that only the Free version is activated. When I look at my account, I also no longer see my license.
When I try to reactivate my key in the program I get the error “The license key is already in use by the maximum allowed computers”.
