Problem validating the license

Hi,
This week our backups stopped being made, and when I went to check the license it is as free.
I tried to re-enter the license and got the following return: “There was no endpoint listening at https://api.sqlbak.com/Client/Sbf/SbfAccount.svc/secure that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details. > The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required."
I bought the License in May 2021 and I understand that it is for life without the right to update.

Can you help me?

To resolve the issue, we need more details. Could you please try to set your Proxy Server settings (“Tools” > “Proxy Settings”)?
