Not backing up complete database

I’m running SQL Backup and FTP Version 12.2.11 on 2 different computers. I had been running a version from 2014. The older version worked fine. When I upgraded to the new version, one of the systems works fine, the other has a problem in that it doesn’t back up the complete SQL database.

Below is the latest log from “SCOTT” which shows a complete backup of 439MB.
There is also a log from “Natalie-HP” showing a backup of 894KB.
Both database are about the same size, yet Natalie-HP is not backing up the whole database.

The differences appear to be that SCOTT is running SQL Server: 2012 RTM Express Edition while Natalie-HP is running SQL Server: 2012 SP4 Express Edition. I’ve also provided versions on several other programs involved in the backup.

Anybody have any ideas??

Hi Scott_Dahne,

Thank you for your reply.

Could you please try to perform a backup of the database, which backup is small, via SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and compare the size of the backup that was made via SSMS and SQLBackupAndFTP?

Sorry for the inconvenience.
