I am trying to connecting to a Maria Db hosted on an Ubuntu remote server by SSH.
The app is not connecting and rising a 2013 error, I have sent the log to you

To investigate this case we need more details. Could you please open the connection window, click on the info button, copy the command and run it via the Command Prompt to check if you are able to connect manually. Please make sure that you specify the password instead of the ‘****’.
