Load a typical backup plan

I have professional version 11.6.2, when I click to load a typical backup plan I only have one option that works “daily simple” the other options are grayed out and cannot be clicked. I can I enable the option to have differential in the backup.

Dear Ronald,

Could you please make sure that you use “Local SQL Server” as Server type at the “Connect to Server” window? It seems you use “Remote SQL Server” where differential and transaction log backups aren’t available.
