License fails to upgrade

I originally installed a ‘Lite’ version. Then purchased Professional. I have applied the license key to my ‘Lite’ version but it remains ‘Lite’. I cannot schedule a backup and the ! message is that ‘scheduled is available in the Standard version’.
I have unapplied and reapplied the license key.

How do I make it upgrade to Professional?

Could you please clarify do you have one license key for SQLBackupAndFTP Lite version 11 and one license key for SQLBackupAndFTP Professional version 11?

You can apply your license key by clicking “Help” > “License…”.

If you get any error messages, please send us a screenshot of this issue.
