License Already in Use

While attempting to apply the license provided after purchase I get the following error indicating the license is in use
“The license key is already in use by the maximum allowed computers”

We do not have any other servers/PCs running SQLBackand FTP

Can you advise on what may cause this?

Could you please check the following thread to resolve the issue:

We have resolved the issue - the license was registered under a different account. However there’s a more general question about “License in use”. This happens when a user tries to install a license on more computers that the license is purchased for (usually 1 computer). You can see the computers that are using the license on My Account page. If you want to remove the license click on the icon next to the computer: [image]

This did resolve the issue. Strange though the machine name registered was exactly the same as the one we were trying to license, indeed it is exactly the machine we used before.
