I have been using the free version for a while.
Upgraded to Lite. Tried to enter licence key. Following error: The licence key is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. If the version I am using has been properly licenced, I shopuld be able to back up max 5 databases, but I can still, as per the free version, only backup 2. Kindly assist.

To resolve this issue, please go at your “My Account” SQLBackupAndFTP page and click on the “remove” icon at the “Used by / remove license” column.
